Due to popular demand, we kicked off 2020 with our The Great Outdoors photo contest
The Great Outdoors was designed to explore the hidden treasures and far reaches of Pelham Bay Park, to encourage people to find their spirit of adventure.
We had originally planned on 5 categories, with the winner announced at our April 2nd Fundraiser, but things changed quite rapidly in March of 2020. Our Fundraiser was canceled in light of the pandemic, and we added a 6th category during the summer.
A panel of judges selected their five favorites from the submissions. Those images were then voted on by the community on our Facebook page.
We announced the winner via youtube in January of 2021. Our plans to exhibit the winners are currently postponed.
